This time, my friend of mine which is Miclat's niece and works for FunGuy Studios in Makati few years ago. So I refused to reveal my friend's identity for his/her safety, who has a colleague inside the production house, beside they are in the same school were he graduated, in Asia Pacific College. They both graduated in 2012 and the one took its journey through education or teaching college students, named Nico Dela Cruz, my friend's colleague in FunGuy. Dela Cruz reportedly came from the family of educators, so then, teached Photography class in FEU East Asia College (now FEU Institute of Technology). My friend told me that Dela Cruz has a sense of maniac and flirtation with women, even he is involved with some FHM or Playboy photoshoots and gain his fame. On his portfolio site, proves that he caters sexy photoshoot. It can be for his own benefit or for his clients. My friend has an experience with Dela Cruz and attempted to rape her. She decided to quit FunGuy and look for another post-production company.

Me and my friend tried to ambush interview some of his former students in FEU-EAC informing that their professor is involve with an commotion with the high rank person. One of the students who didn't reveal their identity showed to us about his poor performance in class. And there are some students said that Dela Cruz persecuted his sister's bestfriend inside the classroom (which is also FEU-EAC student), named Josh Fernandez. Dela Cruz has a superstitious sense when it comes to workplace and other work projects, according to my friend.
Another story, Fernandez reportedly bullied by Dela Cruz while having their class and even embarrassed him in front of anybody. One of the witnesses told us that Fernandez turned out to be a filmmaker and having several projects involving mainstream opportunities, there was a speculation that Dela Cruz is insecure with Fernandez. Some of students under Dela Cruz helped Fernandez to reach out for the administration to report the incident. At the end of semester, Fernandez bade a farewell to his colleagues in EAC and informed them to leave EAC so that he can recover from the pain he received from the controversial instructor. Several months ago, they find out that Fernandez moved to CIIT College of Arts and Technology to continue his degree in Digital Arts.
Another untold story that Dela Cruz revealed a made-up icluding Fernandez allegedly fought with fellow artist and EAC's head photographer for "The Innovator" Kevin Tamasiro, Dela Cruz told his students about Fernandez and Tamasiro, saying that Tamasiro did not agree with Fernandez's paradigm ideology for "lifting young filmmaker's guild in the 21st Century". So they said that Fernandez persecuted Tamasiro because of his stand for "taking for granted". The story didn't circulate the buzz to the whole campus, two of them are known for their talents. And the students of Dela Cruz told us that Fernandez never met Tamasiro and he is nothing to do with filmmaking because he was a professional photographer, thus, the story is false. According to Tamasiro's website, he is now in De La Salle University - College of St. Benilde, but the whole story is still questionable among FEU community.
Liar Liar!
Last month, we conducted experimental question on his Ask.fm account after we stumble on his website and having a research for his true identity. We asked him about his so-called "exit" on EAC.

"Nahirapan kasi ako sa schedule. pang gabi ako sa main job ko tapos pang umaga ako sa EAC so parang bugbog katawan ko non. said Dela Cruz.
We didn't expect that there are follow-up question linking to the previous one. Obviously, he refused to answer it directly.
The curse of history repeats itself?
There are speculation that the issue of students and instructors inside EAC is merely part of Miclat's curse, it can't find out on how they can broke that. Josh Fernandez allegedly persecuted Kevin Tamasiro, so Tamasiro left the university. Nico Dela Cruz persecuted Josh Fernandez, so Fernandez left also. Same with Dela Cruz, he was kicked out by Abigail Alix. Too strange and creepy on this issue? Who is next after Alix? We can't provide information about the person in the "curse" umbrella before Tamasiro. It might be all of them are victims of the curse, since then, the rest is history.
Aftermath
Miclat, which died on September 29, 2000 by jumping on a seventh floor of Nursing Building in Far Eastern University Main Campus. Her family decided to establish a foundation that honors Miclat and her artworks.
Tamasiro became a present contributor for Benildean Press Corps in College of St. Benilde, and reportedly his first work involved in an international book called Culture Fusion in 2011. he received several awards in any photography contest local and abroad.
Fernandez, who is a founder of a student organization 24 Frames for CIIT College of Arts and Technology and pioneered Jeepney Story Proudctions, according on his own website. He would later leave Manila for other commitments and to produce high-budget production abroad.
Dela Cruz reportedly teaching photography on his alma mater Asia Pacific College, he is no longer with FunGuy Studios due to its poor performance. Dela Cruz also formed a band to do some gig in the future.
Lastly, Alix remained as an Arts & IT Department head of FEU Institute of Technology.
Conclusion
Base on our research and different tesimonies about the mentioned names, he/she should be the best role model in the universities, there are many instructors who did the same thing. The cause of these behavior is insecurity, Filipino is now natural with "crab mentality", have you notice that?
You can pursue your profession by not having insecurity with your colleagues, it might end up with nothing. Just mind your own business and focus on your goals, all of us should strive for success.

He used to be his girlfriend/business partner Sam Morales for their production house named Jeepney Story, my friend of mine that studyng at CIIT, told me that Jeepney Story will be Sam only. I think they tried to continue working together professionally even after they split up. I like both Josh and Sam, specially her photographs. I also like that she doesn't post/tweet about their breakup.

TumugonBurahinI know Dela Cruz for more than a decade now and this page is purely full of bullshits and speculations. Nothing but an identity bulldozer. It is unfair to put a man's picture in this without even his consent. You can never know the truth if it's one sided.
1. The main reason why Dela Cruz resigned not kicked out of EAC is that he cannot do his night shift job in funguy side by side with his day job as instructor in EAC. there are times that he told me that he's not sleeping 24 hrs straight anymore just to make it to the classes. So there are really times that he would come in late. Money is not easy that time so he was forcefully opted to have a moonlight job as a professor. That is the reason why he got poor performances in Funguy Studio and eventually, he resigned there as well.
2. Josh Fernandez is also known as Alix's lap dog. He is just one of Alix's tool to retain her position in EAC just to get back to those who wronged her. That time, during his stay in EAC, Dela Cruz discovered that Abigail Alix is the one who's leaving a whole class empty and then come back 5 minutes before the class ends. Where did she go? Flirting with another co-worker. Dela Cruz pointed this out to her when Abigail Alix confronted him about his attendance and punctuality issues. Alix was shocked cause it's the first time a rank and file instructor told her this face to face. The news got out of other classes and other professors so Alix had no choice but to bulldoze Dela Cruz's identity just to justify and calm the noises about her issues.
3. Dela Cruz would never be threatened to anyone. He is a loud-mouth, yes, and might be overwhelming at times, But when in terms of skills, Josh Fernandez will never reach whatever Dela Cruz is capable of even today year 2022. Damn man, this is so unfair, have you ever talked with the guy in person? That guy might bully you at times, that's a sign of being comfortable with you but when you talk to him in person, one-on-one, and about life, he is full of wisdom and can share real life truths and advices. Dela Cruz is a very humble man with a cheerful personality. So if you're intimidated by him, that's your problem, Fernandez.
4. "My friend has an experience with Dela Cruz and attempted to rape her. She decided to quit FunGuy and look for another post-production company." - So your friend in Funguy told you that Dela Cruz almost RAPED her? Dude, dela cruz might by a horny bull, but never ever in my life i would imagine that he would rape a girl. Of all the issues thrown down at Dela Cruz, it's the first time I heard this one. If you doubt it, challenge the girl, contact Funguy studio if ever there's an issue about him regarding this. You even called Funguy as a post production company, while all we know, back then that Funguy Studio is a game company and Dela Cruz worked there as Game Artist. Get you facts straight.
5. Kevin Tamasiro and Josh Fernandez. Why would Dela Cruz even bother with issues of others? If you really know him, i mean like really know him, you have his number, you talk with him and you can even contact him, This guy would never butt in other people's businesses. If you wanna know if these things are true, then ask his closest friends not just anyone who know him just because there are rumors against him.
Josh Fernandez, Nico Dela Cruz has been through a LOT of hardships a rich kid like you won't even understand. If you wanna hide something, then hide it. Don't mention or use anyone's name just to cover up your tainted name. You are barking at the wrong tree.
I am one of those students sa Photography Class noon ni Sir Nico. Honestly, I cannot remember if he has some poor performance issues that time. Naaalala ko lang may times talaga na late sya makapasok at tinanong namin bakit sabi nya may Night shift job daw sya kaya nag sorry sya samin. But to sum it up, He is a fun and enjoyable professor to be with. Madami ako natutunan about photography na hindi ko makikita sa books. He's more like a field type professor na hahayaan kami mag venture sa real world para madiscover namin ang mga tips and techniques na itinuro nya inside the class.
TumugonBurahinRegarding Josh Fernandez, as far as I can remember, mga 2 times lang yata sya bumisita ng class namin noon. He not even part of our class. Seat-in lang sya. It's his own volition na pumunta sa class ni Sir sa photography. At kapag nandun sya parang umiingay kasi before pa man dumating si Sir sa EAC, prone na talaga yan si Josh sa bullying. Don't get me wrong, masama ang bullying. Pero it's not Sir Nico's way of teaching. Minsan lang talaga kapag maingay na, kinukuha nya attention ng klase at nasesentro dun sa student of attention, which is Josh. So in Josh's perspective, bullying yun. But i don't know, di ko masasabi kasi di naman ako si Josh. Pero those moments are very very trivial just to call it out like this.
During our Batch's last term, Sir Nico was granted to be one of the most honored and best professor that ever set foot on EAC. IMAGINE, HE ONLY TAUGHT THERE FOR ONE SEMESTER! May copy pa nga ako non eh, everyone in EAC has it, everyone saw it. Ayoko talaga mag kumpara between Sir Nico's way of teaching and Ma'am Abby's (Alix) style pero sobrang layo talaga. Maybe Ma'am Abby taught hundreds of classes in this school but that doesn't compare to the things that Sir Nico has given us. Sobrang layo talaga as in. Sometimes, Ma'am Abby does not even have any idea of what she's teaching. Kay Sir Nico alam mo talaga na dumaan at na-practice nya yung skills na yun sa outside world.
Sa tingin ko this blog is very biased and uncalled for. Makikita mo talaga sa description palang who is behind this, kung gagamitin mo lang isip mo. Who are the ones threatened now?
Teka teka teka. Sa pagkakaalam ko, noong nagtrabaho si Nico sa Funguy Studio noong 2012, ang mga kasama namin sa night shift ay PURO LALAKE. ALL BOYS KAMI DOON!! So ibig sabihin sinubukang rape ni Nico ang isa sa mga kasama nyang lalake? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!! Tol kung kilala mo si Nico matatawa ka nalang dito sa blog na to. Saka yung sinasabi mo na graduate ng APC, tatlo lang sila that time na graduate ng APC. Si Nico sa night shift at dalawa sa Morning shift naman at LAHAT SILA LALAKE!! So please, bago ka manira ng tao, kung sino ka mang gumawa nito, binayaran ka man o ikaw mismo yung mga bida sa kwento, Please paki ayos ang narrative mo dahil hindi akma sa katotohanan at aktwal na nangyare. Aminin ko si Nico malakas mang trip talaga yan. Sya yung tipo na kapag mabilis ka ma offend ha, dadamdamin mo talaga. Pero kapag naka talikod ka naman, ipagtatanggol ka naman nyan. Aasarin ka harapan pero paglalaban ka pag naka talikod ka.
